75% Superwash Merino Wool     25% Nylon

Simply DK is a great basic DK yarn that is both sturdy and soft.  Simply DK is a 4-ply yarn which makes it nice and round.  It has great stitch definition and knits the most beautiful cables.  The nylon gives it strength but best of all, it is still a comfortable yarn because of the soft Merino wool.  One skein makes a warm squishy hat.  It is also the perfect yarn for sweaters.  I made my 1-year-old grandson a cabled sweater for his birthday.  It's nice for children because it is machine washable, too.

Our semi-solid colors are kettle-dyed in small batches.  This hand-dye process creates a yarn with a slight color variation throughout the skein which gives great visual interest to your project.

Simply DK can be gently machine washed and dried, but we still recommend hand washing in warm water and laying flat to dry to ensure the best care for your project.
